As a Member of the Senior Leadership Team of one of the world's largest Decision Sciences Firm, I was responsible for driving the HR strategy and Organizational Culture which have been key differentiators.
Responsible for the entire gamut of HR functions for Recruitment, HR Operations, managing employee life cycle, Compensation and benefits, Performance appraisals, etc. Whilst with the Indian Navy Handled ‘End to End’ aspects of Selection and recruitment of Officers including campus recruitment, formulation and implementation of various policies, Pilot studies to identify and eliminate system deficiencies.

Personality assessment based selection of candidates using Psychometric tools in an Assessment center based set-up. Training in Leadership and personality development
