  • Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA): Launched in 2005, it aims to provide at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work.

  • Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana: Loan of up to Rs. 50,000 is given under sub-scheme ‘Shishu’; between Rs. 50,000 to 5.0 Lakhs under sub-scheme ‘Kishore’; and between 5.0 Lakhs to 10.0 Lakhs under sub-scheme ‘Tarun’.
